There's no direct import tool at this time. For new events, starting fresh in Brackify is typically faster than managing a Challonge migration: the wizard takes under 2 minutes. Historical Challonge events don't need to move; use Brackify for everything going forward.
Challonge does not have an official Discord bot for live match management. There are some community-built bots using the Challonge API, but they require technical setup and aren't actively maintained. Brackify's Discord integration is a first-party feature that works out of the box.

Both platforms handle tournaments up to 256 participants comfortably. For very large events (500+), purpose-built platforms like start.gg are better suited. For everything under ~128 participants, Brackify and Challonge are both capable, but Brackify does it with a better UX and more community features.
