User-to-User Communications (Social Messaging)
Brackify offers optional Social Messaging (direct messages and message requests) between users. Messages are created and controlled by users, not by Brackify. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of any private message. Brackify is not a party to user conversations and is not liable for statements, agreements, offers, disputes, or harm arising from user-to-user messaging, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Safety tools (block, mute, report, request privacy) are provided as-is and may not prevent all unwanted contact. If you believe you are in danger, contact local emergency services. Reported messages may be reviewed under our Terms and Privacy Policy. Opening compose does not notify another user; sending a message may create a request or deliver a direct message under product rules.
Digital Goods & Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, virtual items, and badges offered through Brackify are digital goods with no cash value. All sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable even if you cancel early or lose access for violating our Agreements. Trials can be cancelled before renewal to avoid charges.
Platform Availability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, delivery of every message or notification, or the preservation of data. Maintenance, outages, or provider downtime may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or inability to access your account or messaging history.
Affiliations & Endorsements
Brackify is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game publisher, tournament organizer, console manufacturer, or esports league unless explicitly stated. Logos, trademarks, and references remain the property of their respective owners.
Mobile App & Store Requirements
When installed through Apple App Store or Google Play, Brackify must comply with their policies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Services or for providing maintenance or support. All claims related to the apps should be directed to Brackify.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brackify, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect new features, regulatory guidance, or product changes. The “Last updated” date will indicate the newest version. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Affiliate Creator Program Disclosures
Brackify operates an Affiliate Creator Program through which accepted content creators earn commissions on eligible subscription payments generated via their unique referral codes. The following disclosures apply: FTC Compliance: Brackify requires all creators to clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Brackify in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255) and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. Any content, including livestreams, social media posts, videos, or written reviews, that includes or promotes a creator code must include a clear disclosure such as "I may earn a commission if you subscribe using my code." No Guaranteed Earnings: Participation in the Creator Program does not guarantee any specific level of income, commission, or continued access to the program. Commission rates, program terms, and eligibility criteria may be modified by Brackify at any time with reasonable advance notice. Past commission performance is not indicative of future results. Independent Contractor Relationship: Creators are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Brackify. Nothing in the Creator Program creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. Creators are solely responsible for their own taxes, applicable withholdings, and any regulatory or contractual obligations arising from their participation. Limitation of Liability: Brackify is not liable for damages, lost revenue, or harm arising from a creator's promotional activities, audience claims based on creator content, delays or failures in payout processing caused by third-party payment providers, or changes to the Creator Program including its discontinuation. Third-Party Platforms: Creator promotion on third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X, etc.) is subject to those platforms' own policies. Brackify bears no responsibility for content moderation, demonetization, or restrictions imposed by those platforms.
