What is Brackify Social?
Brackify Social is a social feed built into the Brackify tournament platform, designed for the fighting game community. You can post updates with markdown formatting, attach up to four images or a GIF, run polls, follow players and organizers, reply in threads, and share posts to other platforms. Because it lives next to real brackets, your tournament results and social presence share one profile.
What can I put in a post?
Posts support bold and italic markdown shortcuts, mentions, links, and hashtags that auto-link on publish. You can attach up to four images with drag and drop or clipboard paste, or add a single looping GIF from the built-in Tenor picker. Polls support up to four options, optional multi-select, and a close time with real-time tallies.
Can I control who sees and replies to my posts?
Yes. Visibility can be set to Public, Followers, or Private, and replies can be locked to everyone, followers only, or just the profiles you mention. Private posts work well for scrimmage notes and team planning.
What makes a Brackify profile different from other social profiles?
Your profile is connected to your competitive record. It shows tournament stats from brackets you have played, progress badges, and head-to-head records against other players, alongside your posts and followers. It is a competitive identity, not just a timeline.
Can I schedule posts?
Plus and Pro subscribers can queue posts for a future publish time. Scheduled posts show a countdown badge in your feed and publish automatically even if you are offline, which is ideal for announcing brackets, registration deadlines, and results threads.
Does Brackify Social have analytics?
Plus and Pro subscribers get a post analytics view that tracks how posts perform across the Brackify network, so organizers can see which announcements actually reach players.
Is Brackify Social free?
Yes. Posting, following, replying, polls, GIFs, bookmarks, and notifications are free. Scheduling and analytics are part of the Plus and Pro plans.
