Add a Brackify tournament, or a whole seasonal or league schedule, to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook with times shown correctly in every timezone.
Every Brackify tournament can be exported as a calendar entry, and every seasonal or league event can be exported as one schedule containing all of its tournaments. Times are converted from the organizer's timezone, so a player in Tokyo and a player in Los Angeles both see the correct local start time.
There are two ways to export: a universal .ics file that works with Apple Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird, and any mobile calendar app, and a Google Calendar link that opens a pre-filled event you can save with one click.
Individual tournament: open the tournament's admin panel and stay on the Overview tab. Under the schedule fields (Start Date, Start Time, Timezone, End Date) there is a Calendar section with two buttons:

On the Event Window row there is a Download tournament schedule button. The file contains one entry for every scheduled tournament attached to that event, in the order the organizer arranged them.
Each entry uses the tournament name as its title. Tournaments that belong to an event are titled Event name: Tournament name so they group together in your calendar. The description lists the game, the format, the venue (or "Online"), and a link back to the tournament page, and the location field holds the venue address when one is set.
Organizers enter a start date, a start time, and a timezone. Brackify converts that wall-clock time to UTC when it builds the file, and your calendar app converts it again to your own timezone. You never need to do the math yourself, and daylight saving changes are handled for both the organizer's and your own zone.
The end time follows three rules:
Download the file again and import it. Each entry carries a stable identifier, so Apple Calendar, Outlook, and Google Calendar update the existing entry instead of creating a duplicate.
The Google Calendar option on an individual tournament opens a pre-filled event in your browser; press Save and it is on your calendar. For a whole event schedule, download the .ics file, then in Google Calendar on the web open Settings, choose Import and export, select the file, and pick the calendar to import into. Google Calendar does not import .ics files from the mobile app, so use a desktop browser for that step.
Yes. Tapping either button opens the file in your device's browser. iOS shows the native Add to Calendar sheet; Android downloads the file and offers to open it in Google Calendar or Samsung Calendar. If you use Google Calendar on Android, the Google Calendar option is usually the quickest route.
Anyone who can open the tournament page can export it. Private tournaments are only exportable by their organizers and admins, and an event schedule only includes the tournaments the viewer is allowed to see.
Can I subscribe so new tournaments appear automatically? Not yet. The export is a one-time file, so download it again when an organizer adds a tournament to a season or league.
The time in my calendar looks wrong. What should I check? Check the tournament's timezone in the admin panel Overview tab. The export uses that zone, so if an organizer set "UTC" while entering a local start time, the entry will be offset. Fixing the timezone and re-importing corrects the entry in place.
Can I add just one tournament from a seasonal or league event? Yes. Open that tournament's page and use the calendar buttons in its admin panel, which export only that tournament.
